Disbursement

A disbursement means that your loan has funded! 

If you are currently attending school, your loan funds will be sent directly to your Financial Aid Office. Please allow 2 – 3 business days for your school to process your loan proceeds.

If you are refinancing student loans, your loan funds will be sent directly to your current creditor(s) as identified in your pay-off documents. Please continue to make all payments on time until you have confirmation that your payment has been posted.

If you have questions regarding the repayment of your loan, you will need to contact your repayment servicer. Contact information for your Repayment Servicer can be found on Borrower Access under Loan Details/Servicer.
