Missing Docs:
In order to fully evaluate your credit worthiness, we will need to verify information that you provided during the application process.
Below is a list of some key documents that you may be required to provide as well as the information needed for each. Missing Documents vary based on individual situations. To determine your specific required documents, log in to Borrower Access/Missing Documents. Once you’ve identified and gathered your required documents, you can upload them by clicking on the Upload button for the required document you are submitting. You will see the status of the Missing Document immediately change to Received.
Basic Requirements for Key Documents
Proof of Identification:
- Government Issued ID: Valid State issued Driver’s License/ Identification Card or U.S Passport. U.S. Military ID’s are also accepted.
Social Security Card: Can only accept Social Security card issued by Social Security Administration or letter from same authority confirming SSN number issued.
National ID: Picture ID from the applicant’s home country (Voter Registration card, Tax ID Card, Driver’s License, Social Insurance Card).
Proof of Residency: Any statement on company letterhead addressed to applicant and dated in the last 60 days. For example: Bills or company statements are acceptable. (Packing/shipping labels, Post-marked envelopes, Invoices, Hand-written notes are not accepted.)
Proof of Income:
- Paystubs: Should display applicant’s/spouse’s name, employer name, itemized earnings and deductions, YTD income info, clear pay dates and pay periods. Each pay stub should be consecutive and dated in the last 30 days. (If paid monthly, then we can accept last two consecutive months of pay stubs.)
- W-2’s: Should be image of exact same document issued by employer showing employer info, employee info, tax year and income amounts. (No hand-written loan information will be accepted.)
- Tax Returns: We can accept first two pages of signed Federal Tax form 1040 plus any schedule filed for Self-employed applicants. Retired applicants only need to send the first two pages of Federal Tax form 1040.
Household Income: If applicant’s household income is from:
- Salary/Wage Earner– 2 most recent paystubs dated in the last 30 days
- Retired/Self-Employed– 2 most recent years of tax returns
- Commission Based– Most recent paystub dated in the last 30 days and 2 most recent years of W-2’s.
Pay-Off:
- Payoff Letter: Should be on creditor’s letterhead displaying the borrower’s name, full account number, outstanding balance, and payment address. The document should be dated in the last 30 days. Regular monthly statement or payoff notice are the best documents to provide. No hand-written loan information will be accepted.
- Most Recent Statement: Document from creditor showing the borrower’s name, full account number, outstanding balance, and payment address. Payoff statements should have payoff date set 30 days from date requested.
