The following steps are required to complete a refinance loan application:
- Borrowers complete the loan application via our easy-to-use Online Application
- If applying with a Cosigner, Cosigners are invited to complete their portion separately
- Borrowers and Cosigners will be required to upload documents for review/verification of information provided
- Signing of Promissory Note by Borrower and Cosigner
- Lender review of loan application to determine if the loan application may be approved
- If approved, Borrower will be required to accept the loan via the Loan Approval Disclosure in the Borrower Portal (Borrowers are notified via email when to log in to complete this step)
- Funds will be sent directly to current Loan Holders to complete the refinance loan
- Payments will begin within 30 – 60 days after loan funds are disbursed
